Full refunds with 48 hours notice. 48 hours is 12 pm MST two days prior to reserved check-in date. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for the first night.

If you arrive before your room is ready to checkin (after 4 pm) or have a late flight after checkout (by 10 am) you are welcome to leave your luggage in a corner of the common room for later same day retrieval. The property is gated with controlled access however, luggage storage is at your own risk. We recommend guests bring a luggage lock if leaving bags unattended.

Yes! Breakfast is self-made and supplies are available 6 am - 10 am. We provide eggs, bread, peanut butter & jelly, oatmeal, coffee & tea.

Checkin is any time after 4 pm. All checkin is (self) check-n. Checkout is by 10 am.

Yes! -Los Altos Ranch Market is about 1 mi/1.6 km. and is on the #10 Roosevelt bus line. A Mexican grocery with a restaurant and a tortilla factory inside. $1.25 tacos on Taco Tuesday! -Safeway is .9 mi/1.4 km walking distance. Standard grocery store with a Starbucks inside. -Milk & Honey Market .5 mi/.8 km Mini market right on walkable Roosevelt Row with Boar's Head packaged deli meats, cheese, snacks, beer, wine, small selection of fruits and vegetables. -Circle K convenience store and gas station .2 mi/.32 km. Snacks, water, beer, etc.

Phoenix Hostel is located in an historic house in a residential neighborhood. There is ample, free street parking in front of the hostel and on the side streets. No permits required! If parking in front of the hostel, please park on our side of the street.

Yes. The bedding and towels will be on your bed when you arrive.

All guests must be 18+ years of age, have a valid, government issued ID and reside outside of Maricopa County. Reservations must be paid for by credit/debit card in the name of guest. We do not accept credit card authorizations which allow another person (not present) to pay for the reservation. No smoking on the property.

We highly recommend Across Arizona Tours. They will pickup and drop off right in front of the hostel! If you need a shuttle to/from PHX Sky Harbor Airport try Groome Transportation for Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, Prescott & Tucson.

Proof of vaccination against Covid-19 is no longer required. Masks are optional for vaccinated guests and required for anyone not vaccinated. Guests travel at their own risk. Please note that a reservation may be cancelled if a guest appears to be sick with Covid symptoms and refuses to take a diagnosing test when asked by staff. We fully expect everyone to cooperate to keep each other safe and highly recommend vaccination and boosters before traveling.

We offer (self) check in after 4 pm, so you can arrive any time. An email with instructions is sent to confirmed reservations prior to arrival.
